Lake County Lake County is located in northeastern Illinois, with Lake Michigan to the east, Wisconsin to the north and the City of Chicago to the south. The county’s communities include picturesque rural communities, highly developed urban centers, wealthy suburbs and tourist communities.

The 2010 census showed an estimated 703,000 people call our county home, According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,368 square miles of which, 448 square miles of it is land and 920 square miles of it is water, much of it in Lake Michigan. Besides Lake Michigan, which borders the county on the east, we also have 170 other lakes and rivers, along with 400 miles of streams, and thousands of acres of wetlands.

The partners, Dan Robison and Matt Guarnery, have been working in justice related projects for over 20 years. From programing and design to occupancy and transition management, Robison Guarnery supports all aspects of public sector capital construction work.

Clark has years of experience as a contractor for both the judicial system and the government. Judicial projects include the Los Angeles County Hall of Justice (scheduled completion: 2014); the U.S. Courthouse at Omaha, Nebraska; the U.S. Courthouse at Boston, Massachusetts (which won the National Endowment for the Arts’ Presidential Design Award for Federal Design Achievement); the San Francisco Civic Center, and the Governor George Deukmejian Court House at Long Beach, California.
