Lake County AECOM Clark Construction

Bid Opportunities

Clark seeks the most competitive and qualified local, national and international subcontractors and suppliers with the operational and financial capacity to successfully perform on each project, and works with them to build projects that are successful for all parties involved. In addition, we are committed to fostering long-term growth of local, small and disadvantaged businesses in the construction industry.

Lake County’s new Buy Local. Build Local. Work Local. program aims to connect Lake County businesses – including women-owned and minority businesses – with governmental procurement opportunities such as the Courts Expansion Project. It
is currently anticipated that this project will be bid in as many as 70 trade specific bid packages to maximize the opportunities for Lake County businesses of all types and sizes to bid for work. The project will be built in at least three distinct phases, beginning in early 2015 and continuing through 2019 as follows:

  • Phase 1 – Connecting Tunnel Construction / Walkway Demolition
  • Phase 2 – Court Tower Construction
  • Phase 3 – Babcox Court, Intake & Booking & Jail Kitchen Renovation

Interested subcontractors are encouraged to register via our subcontractor registration form and on Clark’s subcontractor qualification website. Following registration access will be granted to the contract documents.

All bid packages for this project will be publicly bid by Lake County Purchasing Division in cooperation with Clark Construction Group, LLC. The procurement period is expected to begin in late 2014 and extend into the year 2016.
